Find Your Pregnancy Zen: A Curated Playlist for Relaxation
Being pregnant is a beautiful journey filled with excitement, anticipation, and sometimes... a whole lot of stress. Between doctor appointments, planning for baby's arrival, and the everyday demands of life, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
That's why I, Laura from Time2Shine Photography (and a huge mindfulness enthusiast!), created a special YouTube playlist called "Pregnancy Zen." This curated collection of guided meditations and positive affirmations is designed to help you relax, connect with your growing baby, and find moments of peace throughout your pregnancy journey. This Playlist is More than just a playlist, these guided meditations and positive affirmations became a cherished ritual. Whether it was a quiet morning before getting up, a soothing pre-bed routine, or a much-needed escape from a busy day, these practices helped me relax and connect with my baby. Sometimes, a gentle kick from my little one would even join the meditation session! My furbaby Venus use to join me for cuddles during these mediations making it extra cosy together and when our Son was born, I’m sure it was because of the calling of meditation but that’s for another story.

Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down.
Close your eyes (if it feels comfortable) and focus on your breath.
Allow yourself to be guided by the soothing voice of the narrator.
Most importantly, be kind to yourself! If anything feels uncomfortable, simply stop and rest. Sweet dreams are always a welcome way to find your calm!
